Six Signs of Scam

There have been many scams in the country. Among them are Companies such as Performance Investments Products Corp (PIPC), MMG Holding, Tibayan Group of Comp, Multitel (Multinational Telecom Investors Corp.),Royal Manchester Five (RMF). You have to be alert. If you could smell the six sings of scam below, I bet  you should be wary not to be victim of their pit falls.

1. Insane Interest Rate. If the investment scam promised your money to produce  as much as 5% interest a month or doubling your money within a short period of time, there is something fishy going on. If they promised interest rates that are too high then stop. 
2. Guaranteed High Interest Rate.  Scam always promise you high return on your investment. This is there way for you to be attracted. From the moment the charade continue there won't be enough money to  pay off the interest rates of older clients. Then soon it will explode. 
3. You Can't understand how they earn money. Scam is visible If within the organization no one can discuss how the company is earning and how can they get that high interest. Sometimes, they would use a good sales person to encourage you to invest. That person might be very sincere  and they really believe in the company  but they themselves was not aware of the fraud. They would explain the transaction in complicated terms for the purpose of confusing you.
4. It's Just good to be true. Most it happens when a person received an email or a text message saying that you are granted inheritance from a rich person. But upon calling them they will ask you to give some sort of money for the processing fee or transfer fee for you can get the money.
5. They seem to be Good and Incredible people. The people who are talking to you look nice and honest in fact they just pretenders. 
6. Your financial manager and financial advisor is the same person. If it a scam, your financial advisor and the person that holds your money is just one. He have a full control of your money and there is high risk of taking your money away.

Keep away from scam.

Keep your investing simple. How?

First, I invest in a personal businesses, where you are in full control of the money. If you are not  in control of the money don't give in. 

Second, invest in the stock market. buy gigantic companies. Even if you are not in control, it’s okay, because those who are in control are legends like Henry Sy, John Gokongwei, and Jaime Zobel, etc. When you invest in the best companies in the stock market, you partner with business titans.
